Delivery

Flowers and other products can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

kado.am online store delivers flowers and other products throughout Armenia every day from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For information regarding delivery to cities not included in the general list, please check with our operators.

The product will be delivered as quickly as possible, within 4–8 hours. Delivery for certain types of products is carried out within one day (24 hours). Delivery time can also be coordinated with the customer. If it is not possible to agree on an exact delivery time with the customer, the shop staff will carry out the delivery within the timeframe specified in the order.

* The delivery time for Yerevan is indicated for each product on the website. For other cities, the delivery time depends on the distance to your city.

If the customer is absent from the location at the time of delivery, the courier will wait for 20 minutes and then hand the order to a third party (relatives, neighbors, or an administrator, depending on the location). If the courier does not consider it reliable to leave the bouquet with a third party, the product will be returned to the shop. Redelivery will be carried out on a paid basis.

In case of order cancellation at the customer’s initiative, the money is not refunded, taking into account the expenses incurred by the company.

On holidays, it is advisable to place your order in advance, preferably one day before the intended event.

The kado.am online store is not responsible for failed deliveries if:

  • incorrect or incomplete data was provided: phone number, last name, first name, address, etc.;
  • it was not possible to contact the customer to clarify all the necessary information.

Product delivery details can be changed at the customer’s first request within one hour after placing the order.
